In the beginning of my weight loss journey what the scale said was definitely the most important to me. But as time passed I realized what I saw in the mirror was more important than a number on the scale. To be honest visually seeing the change in the shape of my body has been the fun part of my weight loss success.
I've come along way baby! I've went from wearing only dark colored clothes and longs tops never tucked in, only pants with elastic waist band... to enough confidence to wear more youthful outfits with brighter shirts tucked in, with light jeans with a zipper and a belt. My husband has started calling me "hot momma". Now I wouldn't go that far but it puts a smile on my face that the love of my life sees me in that way!
