Lack Of Sleep Can Cause Weight Gain

Did you know the lack of sleep can cause weight gain and increase your risk for diabetes?

Being diabetic and over weight I find the research interesting.  A lack of sleep can eventually become a undiagnosed sleep disorder. Which increases the risk for serious health problems, such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, stroke and death.
