I've written about negative calorie foods before. The reason I am writing about it again is because it is one of the things that keeps me focused on my weight loss journey.
Don't let anyone try to convince you there are foods with zero calories. All foods have calories. However, the way some foods react in your body can produce the results of negative calories. Negative calorie foods aren't completely void of calories. But negative calorie foods are foods that use more calories to digest than the foods themselves contain. Since the body has to work harder to process these foods, they are natural fat burners.
One of the biggest struggles I have with SlimMax is the very strong appetite suppressant it provides. I take my first pill around 11 AM and within 30 minutes, I totally lose the desire to eat. Which is good but also causes a few problems for me. One, I'm a diabetic and I must eat or my sugar drops to low. The other problem is you can't stop eating and continue to lose weight.
If you don't eat often enough it sends signals to your brain that you are starving, so your body holds on to your stored body fat to survive.
On weeks I fail to eat enough or often enough the scales don't move. This is were foods from the negative calorie list is a life saver for me. I can wash and slice up some of my favorite negative calorie foods and put them in the rrefrigerator for easy access. The secret for me is setting the stove timer mid morning which forces me to get up and get a snack. For example: This morning I have the timer sent for 10 AM, when it goes off I have strawberries ready to eat. I will fill a 16 oz Solo Cup with them. I will set it by my computer so I can nipple away on a healthy negative calorie snack. Then I repeat the process and will re-set the timer to go off at 2 PM. Today I have cold crisp radishes cleaned and ready for another healthy negative calorie afternoon snack.

This is good information to know. I already eat some of these fruits and veggies. Now I will make an effort to do it more. I guess there is a reason we are encouraged to eat at least 5 or 6 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Thanks for your input
