Good morning to all my blogger friends.
When I got up this morning, I had no idea what I was going to write about today. Matter of fact I've had a difficult time focusing on what I need to get accomplished today. I think I should make a to do list at night, so I will be ready to roll when I get up in the mornings. I think I will give it a try tonight.
Two weeks a go, I received an email in my Facebook inbox from a dear lady looking for a diet buddy. She had purchased SlimMax on Amazon. I was excited to hear from her since my passion is to help others reach their weight loss goals. My life changed forever as I've lost 80 pounds and continue on my weight loss journey. Because of my obesity I was headed for an early death and now I have my life on a healthy path. It's my deepest desire for others to join me on this journey and to share with them how they can succeed in reaching their goals.
My new weight loss buddy weighs every Monday. The first Monday after starting SlimMax, she sent me an email feeling down because she didn't see the scales move. However, she went on to say she didn't take SlimMax every day. I responded to her email with encouragement and some tips which has helped me a long my journey.
My first tip was an absolute must. You must take SlimMax every day to receive the benefits of the appetite control and no cravings it provides. I also encouraged her to never miss the afternoon capsule. When I first started taking SlimMax, I would forget my afternoon capsule because it controlled my appetite so much I was not hunger in the early afternoon, so I found it hard to remember it. Then I would get hungry around 7-8 PM which is the worst time of day to start eating. I started setting a timer around 3 PM. It has made all the difference in the world. The 3 PM SlimMax takes me all the way through the evening with no desire to snack.
Yesterday Betsy (my new weight loss buddy) emailed me her weekly update and she was thrilled to tell me she lost 3 pounds last week. I was super happy for her.
I am thankful that Betsy didn't have the mindset of giving up when the scales didn't move the first week. Which was a big reminder for me, every week the scale may not go down but stay focused, don't give up and it will move. So thank you Betsy for the reminder.
If you don't have a weight loss buddy to share tips, successes and failures with, get one today. It makes a huge difference. If you need a weight loss buddy. I'm here for you. You can reach me via email at jmarlin@phtnework.com
