This morning my granddaughter looked at me and said "MaMaw how tall are you"? I answered 5 foot 3. She replied. "I think you have lost weight, you look much shorter". I laughed but realized being only 4 she realizes there is something different about my appearance but she can't really figure it out. So she thinks I look much shorter instead of smaller.
My weight loss goal for 2012 is 56.2 pounds. So far I am down 5.2 pounds since 1-1-12. I do much better when I focus on 10 pounds at a time. When I first started on my weight loss goal, I would reward myself with each 10 pounds I lost. My first rewards were always food related but after the first 6 or 7 months, I changed my rewards to pedicures or manicures. Without realizing it food was not important to me anymore.
I have been doing google searches for new released diet research. I find it interesting and am always hoping there is a new breakthrough in weight loss. Today I was reading an article which stated the percentage of overweight Americans is increasing. It stated that 67% of Americans are overweight but only 52% are willing to accept they have a weight problem.
I have a loved one that fits into that category. Trust me it is one of the hardest things to talk to someone about, especially when they are in denial. I venture to say, she asks me at least 3 times a week, if what she is wearing makes her look fat. If I didn't have a heart, I would answer yes, because you are fat. But I just can't bring myself to say yes. It break my heart because I know that being overweight shortens your life and makes your life miserable.
I do have a strong desire to share with Americans coast to coast there is a solution to being overweight. I know I would have never been able to lose over 90 pounds, go from a plus size 26/28 to a size 18 without the help of SlimMax.
If you are overweight ORDER SLIMMAX TODAY . If you have family or friends that are shortening their life by carrying around to much weight tell them about SlimMax.
