Diet Tip Of The Day

The sun is shining bright and for January it is warmer than usual here in the midwest.

The tip below is one of my favorites and I sincerely believe it is one of the best tips I use to stay on track and focused on reaching my weight loss goal for 2012!

Dieting and working out with a buddy is a great way to hold each other accountable and share the ups and downs. According to a recent study at Brown Medical School, people who had an exercise buddy were more successful at losing weight than those who didn't.

I have more than one weight loss buddy. I participate daily with a group of great gals on the SlimMax Facebook page. We have fun and share diet tips, discuss our successes and even when we fail and have a bad dieting day. We would love to have you join us.
