Last Sunday I wrote on the blog about zero and negative calorie foods. I shared I wanted to step up my game so I was going to eat only zero and negative food for two days this week and compare it to my weight loss from the week before. So Monday and Wednesday were the days I chose to give it a try.
The week before I had lost 5.2 pounds and this week I lost 5.8 pounds, not that much difference. The thing is, it was not a struggle to eat only these foods. So I am going to do it again this coming week and see what kind of weight loss results I get.

On Monday it dropped to 73 and Wednesday to 66, so I was having trouble adjusting my insulin. But the good news is within a few months I should totally be off insulin and maybe someday totally off all my diabetic medications.
