This is going to be a fun week on my weight loss journey. I want to loss 10 pounds before the 4th of July and another 10 before Labor Day so it is time to step up my game.
When using zero and negative calorie foods for dieting it is very important not to forget to include protein in your daily food plan. Low calorie foods will help you lose weight, but you must have proper nutrition to keep you energetic, and active
The best way to use zero and negative calorie foods to your advantage, is to simply include more of them into your meal plans, and make sure eat them on a daily basis.
To lose weight quickly set aside days to incorporate only zero or negative calorie foods into what you eat that day. Eat only zero calorie foods for one or two days a week and then eat your regular foods for the remainder of the week still incorporating negative and zero calorie foods. This is something I have not tried before so this week I am going to eat only zero and negative foods on Monday and Wednesday. I will report to you next week how it affected my weight loss for the week. This week I lost 5.2 pounds so I will use that as my comparison.
By using an irregular form of dieting it will not only help you reduce your weight, but it will also trick your body into not recognizing that you are losing weight, and this may prevent a diet plateau from happening.
