One of the biggest problems I have encountered in my 35 years of yo-yo dieting and trying every diet you have ever heard of is eating when I am not hungry.
There are many good effective weight loss products on the market. As I have said many times my favorite is SlimMax. However, there is no pill, lotion or potion that is a magic bullet which will cause you to lose weight no matter how much food you consume. It is not as much what you eat as it is the amount you eat. Remember ... I always say it is all about portion control.
I am certain most people with a weight problem eat when they are not hungry. I was the biggest offender of this problem. Because of my love for food, I would eat for personal enjoyment not because I was hungry.
Now I use the appetite suppression provided by SlimMax to my advantage. I don't allow a specific food I love to enter my thought process and if I do I wait at least 10 minutes before I make a decision to eat it or not. I would say 95% of the time I realize it is not that I am hungry it is because I am just seeking personal gratification so I end up not eating whatever food treat I was thinking about.
I have also discovered I do better if I stay as far away from the kitchen as I can. I watch TV in my bedroom (the farthest room away) instead of the family room which is right next to the kitchen. If I am in the family room it makes it a lot more convenient to grab a snack without thinking about if I only have to walk a few steps to get it.
There are so many small things you can do in your daily life to help you lose weight and keep it off without sacrificing the things you love or making major changes in your lifestyle.
