I took two SlimMax around 11 AM and within 30 minutes I was going strong. It always gives me a burst of energy but never jittery or nervous energy.
I just realized it is almost 3 PM and I have not had a bite to eat since breakfast. Which is the worst thing for a person trying to lose weight to do, not eating totally shuts down your metabolism. If SlimMax has a down side it is controlling your appetite so much you forget to eat. I do have a solution for that problem. I set the timer on my stove so I will be forced to go to the kitchen to turn it off and then I will remember to grab something to eat, even if is just a peach or strawberries. Unfortunatley I forgot to set the timer this morning.
Remember it is critical to eat at least 5 times a day to keep your metabolism moving and the weight coming off.
Do you need to lose weight? You can without being hungry or suffering from cravings.

Hey,setting a timer is a great idea. I have the same problem with SlimMax which causes me to forget the afternoon pill sometimes.
