This One Shocked Me!

EVERYDAY I become more aware of what a great product SlimMax is.
I have been overweight for 35 years and have been a severe diabetic for 8 years. I have struggled and tried everything known to man. The key is portion control. I buy sugar and fat free pudding and bite size candy bars if I should want something sweet. Plus, I have to have the candy around in case my glucose levels crash, which has happened with my diabetes so under control. I am now in the process of working with my doctor on cutting back on my diabetic medication. I also keep a food diary and write down everything I eat to keep myself accountable. Then I know if I am eating too many calories and can adjust what I eat the rest of the day. If you are suffering from being overweight you don't have to.
Take it from someone who has suffered with obesity for over 35 years, if I can do it ANYONE can.
